Our Legacy

Founded on the vision of Dr. Ebenezer Lamptey, who began by personally supporting 100 children, Glowing Lamp Foundation has evolved from a grassroots initiative into a multi-pillar organization. Today, we carry that same spark forward, expanding from basic education to climate action and youth vocational training.

Our Symbolism

The name “Glowing Lamp” represents more than light—it symbolizes hope, knowledge, and the spark of change. With every backpack delivered, every tree planted, and every vocational skill mastered, we are helping the next generation not just imagine a brighter future—but build it.

What We Do

We provide essential school supplies for young learners and deliver grassroots environmental education programs that empower children to become responsible stewards of the planet. Recognizing that the journey doesn't end in the classroom, we also champion Youth Empowerment. By providing mentorship, leadership training, and access to Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), we create clear pathways to employment and entrepreneurship.
